Packin’ Up, Shippin’ Out!

Things were movin' and groovin' at the shop last week!

The team loaded up a 26' U-Haul for our furthest delivery destination yet. Hutch was on the road to Virginia state to deliver our next unit. We are VERY excited for Cedar Bound to have a presence on the East Coast!

This unit was another Flagship Cabin Luxe Kit. That means it has ALL the bells and whistles attached, making for a very full load. The trailer was loaded up with all of the timbers with pre-attached brackets, hardware, canvas, insulation, and vinyl necessary to put together our largest cabin kit available. Every piece was meticulously inventoried, so Hutch won’t have to make the drive twice.

Logistics is crucial when dealing with all the materials needed for our kits. From sourcing materials to prefabbing the structure for easy assembly, to prepping it for delivery: It’s why we need a 3-4 month lead time on each project!
