No doubt you have seen pictures of our show unit, but have you ever wondered where we build our cabin kits? Well, WE wondered where we were going to build our cabin kits for a while in 2020 after we had launched. After plenty of research into the necessary size, proximity to home, and accessibility to suppliers and utilities, we ended up picking a spot right in the heart of the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Duluth.

The space started out just how we wanted it…totally empty. It had four walls, five doors, electricity, and heat. That’s all we needed to get started. We quickly added some desks, brought in some tools from home (and added a few to the team), and got to work. Before you know it, we were cutting timbers for our first sold cabin kit.

Then, it got cold out. We realized that we can build in pretty cool temps, but sitting at a desk doing office work at refrigerator temps is no fun, and heating the whole warehouse to comfortable office temps was not sustainable. So, we built ourself an office space within the warehouse to keep our fingers and toes from going numb while we keep up with office work.

Now, we are starting off 2021 with a fully functioning production/office space. We’re ready to connect with you and help you make your cabin dreams come true!
